This document constitutes the official offer of the sole proprietor Bardash Tetiana Borysivna, TIN: 2241019524 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, SP Bardash T.B.) to any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) to conclude a contract for the sale of medical devices via the website https://cor-tacmedical.cor-int.com under the terms set forth below.

The manufacturer of the medical devices presented on the website is COR MEDICAL LLC, EDRPOU code: 44779617 (hereinafter, where applicable, referred to as the “Website Administration” or the “Manufacturer”), acting as both the manufacturer and partner of the Seller. The purchase of goods on this website constitutes the conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and SP Bardash T.B.

Placing an order through the website signifies the Buyer’s agreement with the terms of this Offer.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of medical devices presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for such devices following the procedure and terms defined in this Agreement.

1.2. All product specifications, prices, availability, delivery, and payment methods are indicated in the respective sections of the website and form an integral part of this Offer.

2. Order Placement Procedure

2.1. The Buyer independently places an order via the website https://cor-tacmedical.cor-int.com

2.2. The order is considered accepted for processing once the Seller has confirmed it and the Buyer has received payment or delivery information.

2.3. The Buyer guarantees the accuracy of all information provided during the order process.

2.4. As part of order processing and fulfillment of obligations to the Buyer, COR MEDICAL LLC, EDRPOU code: 44779617, may transfer specific personal data (e.g., name, phone number, delivery address) under the applicable Ukrainian legislation on personal data protection, to authorized partners, in particular to the sole proprietor Bardash Tetiana Borysivna, TIN: 2241019524, who ensures the acceptance and processing of payments for goods presented on the Website.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices on the website are displayed in the national currency of Ukraine (UAH) and are final at the time of order placement.

3.2. The Buyer shall pay in full using one of the methods offered on the website.

3.3. The Buyer’s payment obligation is considered fulfilled upon receipt of funds in the Seller’s account or confirmation of cash-on-delivery payment.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Goods

4.1. Delivery is carried out within Ukraine’s territory according to the selected delivery method and chosen delivery service.

4.2. The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer separately unless otherwise stated on the website.

4.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the Goods are handed over to the carrier.

5. Return of Goods and Funds

5.1. Returns are carried out by the legislation of Ukraine and the Refund Policy.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1. Warranties are provided in accordance with the Manufacturer’s terms. Warranty periods and service centers are indicated in the documents accompanying the Goods.

6.2. The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the value of the respective Goods purchased by the Buyer.

6.3. The Seller shall not be liable for:

consequences of using the Goods not for their intended purpose;
mechanical or other damages occurring after the transfer of the Goods to the Buyer;
failure to provide or provision of inaccurate information by the Buyer;
actions of third parties (including delivery services).

7. Processing of Personal Data

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data (full name, phone number, email, address) to fulfil this agreement.

7.2. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

7.3. Data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of obligations unless otherwise specified in a separate request for personal data usage.

8. Validity of the Offer and Amendments to the Terms

8.1. This Offer is valid from the moment it is published on the website and remains in force until revoked by the Seller.

8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer without prior notice. The current version is always published on the website.

8.3. Placing a new order after changes have been made signifies the Buyer’s consent to the updated terms.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. For matters not regulated by this Offer, the Parties shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine applicable to the matter.
