Refund and Return Policy

In accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and taking into account the specific nature of the product (medical devices), the return or exchange of goods of proper quality is not permitted.

However, we guarantee a refund or exchange in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transportation, provided that such issues are confirmed following our internal inspection.

Conditions for Refund or Exchange

1. Grounds for return:

• A confirmed manufacturing defect;
• Mechanical damage incurred prior to the customer’s receipt of the item, if the damage is identified during inspection at the postal service branch.

2. Procedure:

• Notify us of the identified defect within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery (as stated in the shipping document).
• Send photos/videos of the damage and a description of the issue to the email or messenger listed on our website.
• Upon confirmation of the defect, we will agree with you on the resolution method:

• Exchange for an identical product (if available);

• Refund in case the product is unavailable for exchange.

3. Refund timeline:

• Refunds are issued to the bank card used for payment within 3–5 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping costs:

If a manufacturing defect or shipping-related damage is confirmed, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.

Terms of Delivery and Order Fulfillment

1. Delivery

• Delivery across Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta — to a branch or by courier to the specified address.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) to monitor the shipment.

2. Payment

• We operate on a 100% prepayment basis prior to shipment. Available payment methods:

• Bank transfer to the account of the sole proprietor (FOP);

• Online payment through the payment system on our website.

• Cash on delivery (COD) is not available, which ensures that the product remains untouched prior to transfer to the end user — this is essential to guarantee the sterility of medical devices.

3. Order Processing

• Once payment is confirmed, the order is assembled and transferred for delivery within 1–2 business days.
• In case of delays on our part, we will notify you in advance and offer alternative solutions.
